Color of Night (1994) Richard Rush

A New York psychologist (Willis) goes to California to get over a patient's suicide, only to have an L.A. colleague (Bakula) murdered. While conducting his own investigation into the killing he crosses paths with a gorgeous young woman and finds himself targeted by a mysterious killer.
The quest to catch the killer centres around a group of Moore's psychologically disturbed patients, and double-identities, death threats and love scenes abound as Dr. Capa delves deeper into the case to uncover the truth about his friend's death.
